Shipping policy

  • Processing times: After payment confirmation, we generally process orders within 1 working day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may have a slightly longer processing time.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer different shipping options to suit your needs. The shipping methods available include standard shipping and express shipping. You can select your preferred shipping option during checkout.
  • Delivery times: Delivery times vary according to the shipping method chosen and the location of the recipient. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

-Standard international shipping: 5 to 15 days

-Express international shipping: 4 to 5 days

  • Order tracking (trackable delivery): We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. With this number, you will be able to track the status and location of your order during transportation. Please bear in mind that tracking may take a few hours to update after initial dispatch.

  • Shipping rates: Shipping rates for stnadard shipping are all free. 

  • Delays and Delivery Problems: Although we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as logistical problems, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, etc. If your order is delayed, please contact us so that we can investigate and resolve the situation.

  • Delivery Address: Make sure you provide an accurate and complete delivery address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • International orders: We offer international shipping to most destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that you check with your local customs authorities for information on possible additional charges.

Return and refund policy:

  • Returns: We accept returns of products within a period ranging from 14 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your product and wish to make a return, please contact us to initiate the return process.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use or damage. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and accompanying documents.

  • Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, excluding the original shipping costs. The refund will be processed according to the original payment method and may take up to 5 working days to be reflected in your account.

  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to proceed to resolve the problem, which may include return, replacement or full refund.

  • Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend following the returns process and making a new purchase separately.

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed and shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the returns process.

  • Incorrectly Delivered Products: If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the problem and provide instructions on how to proceed. If the wrong delivery is confirmed, we will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the incorrect product and sending the correct one.

  • Customer errors: If a customer makes an error when placing an order, such as selecting the wrong product or providing incorrect shipping information, we are not responsible for these errors. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the order before finalizing it to ensure that all information is accurate.
